Hawaiian Hullabaloo Cub Scout and Family Outdoor Discovery Days!
Join us for a day with your family at Camp Tom Wooten in Bastrop Texas as we escape to the islands!
We will be in groups of less than 10 (following Covid protocols) rotating through family friendly stations with an AMAZING Staff:
Island Crafts, Swimming at the TW Pool (option of working on your swimming rank adventure requirements), Paddle Boats, Fishing (Make your own fishing pole and Bears can work on A Bear Goes Fishing Adventure), Dino Dig at our new Dig Site with a prize (Wolves can work on Digging in the past), and a Fire Building Station with s’mores (Webelos can work on Cast Iron Chef #3).
We will have additional fun island themed activities between stations.
You will be welcomed to the islands (camp) with a traditional shell lei name tag to indicate what island (group) you will be a part of (we will even be using a volcano to make your name magically appear on your name tag at check in).
Please register your entire family/group of friends you would like to be with at registration (Each group can only have up to 10 people following Covid protocols). If you have a friends that you would like to request to be put in a group with but you are not registering together please email Program Ranger Shea and she will do her best to put you together in a the same group. sheamackin@yahoo.com
